We are pleased to announce that two paintings by Cheryl Chapin will be included in “The WAE Open,” the inaugural juried group exhibition at JSDD’s new Heidi Gallery.

“The WAE Open” is not meant to have a theme; rather, the exhibition is intended to showcase the highest quality visual art being made at this moment in time. The Gallery, located at 310 Eisenhower Parkway, Livingston, NJ, is 2,000 square feet with moveable walls, thus allowing for the broadest range and diversity of media. The exhibit is juried by Diedra Harris-Kelly, co-director of the Romare Bearden Foundation.

The exhibit is on view October 20 through December 15, 2022. An opening reception will be held Thursday, October 20, from 6-9pm, and an artist tour and closing reception will be held on Sunday, December 11, from 2-5pm.

Congratulations, Cheryl!
