Waterfall at Hollow Ridge

Acrylic on canvas, 24″ x 22.5″. The original painting is sold; however, prints are available in three different sizes.
“First, I choose my canvas. Then I choose my colors. Sometimes I lighten them and sometimes I darken. I decide on those things as I’m painting. I did this piece of art using brush strokes. I usually choose a round or flat brush to make those strokes. For other pieces of art, I draw a design and then sometimes, I tape the canvas off. I paint the area and then I take the tape off. It makes a crisper line on the painting. Then the painting comes out to my liking.” Cheryl Chapin
