Annie Paloff began painting at the inception of the Arts Access Program. Partial to creating work on large canvases, Annie is a creative force who likes using non-traditional objects to apply paint to her artwork. Her inventive eclectic style leads her to continually explore and create new techniques and tools. Annie has a vivid imagination, a sense of humor, and personal insight. There is a often narrative to her works focusing on her thoughtful reflections. Annie’s spiritual growth is also conveyed in her artwork. She often dedicates her pieces to the people involved in her spiritual life. Annie’s sense of play takes many twists and turns. She uses materials in new and different styles, tearing, gluing, attaching string, plastic, and other found objects into her canvases always in her own unique style. The assembled pieces are exciting, innovative and daring. Annie thinks outside the box and continues to find new paths and methods to express her individuality.
