Featuring artwork from the Arts Access traditional painting program\, this exhibit inspires us to overcome the winter blues through art. \nPlease join us online for\nWinter Blues\nan Arts Access Virtual Exhibitiononline January 13 – February 28\nThough this time of year is cold and dark\, art has the ability to inspire us to overcome the winter blues and instead welcome the beauty\, calm\, and comfort of the winter season. This exhibit celebrates that with paintings that feature the color blue in a variety of different shades and hues. \nThe virtual gallery for the Winter Blues exhibit will go live January 13 and will run for 6 weeks\, until February 28. DESCRIPTION:Join us for our first VIRTUAL Full Circle!\nOne of the most highly anticipated events at Arts Access\, Full Circle is a multi-disciplinary fine arts showcase featuring original work created by the Arts Access artists. This year\, Full Circle is being reimagined as a virtual event in order to ensure the health and safety of our artists\, supporters\, and staff. Join us on Saturday\, November 6th for Full Circle 2021: Art from Afar\, streaming live at 4:00 pm. \nFull Circle features two main components: a fine art gallery exhibition and a multi-media stage show\, both of which will be professionally filmed and live-streamed this year. The gallery exhibition showcases acrylic paintings\, digital paintings\, and sculpture\, while the stage show presents choreography\, dramatic works\, and staged readings of creative writing. We are proud to celebrate and share the exceptional work created by the Arts Access artists in the visual\, literary\, and performing arts. DESCRIPTION:To register for this event\, click HERE. \nPlays By People\nSaturday\, March 27\, 2021\n4:00 pm – 5:30 pm\non Zoom\nArts Access will once again be presenting Plays By People\, featuring readings of works from the Arts Access writers and dramatists and performed by professional actors from Premiere Stages at Kean University. This year’s event will be presented virtually\, via Zoom. The event will showcase the work of Arts Access playwright Cheryl Chapin. Cheryl will be an integral part of the staging process\, directing the actors on how to best present her written work.
